Where We Ship
We send aloha worldwide! As a premier Hawaiian shirt retailer fulfilling orders since 2001, we’ve mastered global delivery to over 200 countries and territories. So sit back and relax – we’ve got you covered no matter where your coastal paradise is located.
United States 🇺🇸
We ship to all 50 US states for a flat rate of $5.99 per order. Switzerland is the only country we don’t currently deliver to, so mainland USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and all territories are eligible for our fast domestic shipping.
Europe 🇪🇺
We happily ship our Hawaiian shirts across Europe in 10-15 days on average. From Portugal to Finland and everywhere between, we’ve got you covered!
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
In addition to all EU member countries, we also deliver to the UK with the same 10-15 day delivery window after dispatch. Tracking numbers provided.
Australia & New Zealand 🇦🇺🇳🇿
G’day, mates! We ship orders down under in 10-15 days on average. Tracking updates provided.
Rest of World 🌎
We deliver worldwide to over 200 countries and territories outside mainland Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand within 15-20 days on average. International shipping fees apply.

Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 10-20 business days on average. Transit times vary by location:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 90% arrive within 7-10 days of shipping
- 🇪🇺 Europe & 🇬🇧 UK: 95% arrive within 10-15 days
- 🇦🇺 🇳🇿 Australia & New Zealand: 90-95% within 10-15 days
- 🌎 Rest of world: 15-20 days average delivery

Affordable Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer highly affordable flat rate shipping within the United States for just $5.99 per order. Exact calculated rates will display at checkout based on your location.
Competitive International Shipping
Shipping rates overseas vary based on location. You’ll see exact international shipping costs also calculate at checkout when you provide your country/territory.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info to monitor delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to activate within the carrier’s system after initial dispatch notification.
If you don’t receive your order within maximum projected timeframes, contact Customer Service and we’ll determine next steps.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes within the United States. However please contact us if this is required for your situation – we may make case-by-case accommodations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In rare cases of lost or damaged shipments, contact our Customer Service team providing your order details and photo(s) of any damage. We’ll determine next steps regarding refunds or replacements on an individual basis.
