Refund Policy

We want you to love every jersey you buy from us. But stuff happens sometimes. Maybe your jersey arrived with a stain on it. Or it just doesn’t fit right. If something is wrong, we can fix it! Here is how getting a refund or replacement works.

If Your Jersey Is Broken or Messed Up

Uh oh. When you opened the package, you noticed a hole in your jersey. Or maybe a button is missing. This shouldn’t happen but mistakes can happen during shipping. Please tell us within 30 days of getting your package if anything is broken, stained, or sewn incorrectly. We will look at the pictures you send us and ship out a new jersey. Or we can give you back your money if you would rather buy a different jersey.

If We Sent You the Wrong Size

You ordered a Large but the jersey we sent you is way too small. That stinks! If what we shipped you is more than 1.5 inches different from our size chart, let us know within 30 days. Send us a few pictures of you measuring the jersey so we can check the size. If we made a mistake with the size, we will fix it fast by sending a new jersey in the right size. Or you can get a full refund instead if you want.

If Your Package Gets Lost

The mail service said they delivered your jersey but it never showed up. This doesn’t happen too often but once in a while packages get lost. Contact us within 30 days if tracking says delivered but your jersey is still missing. We will contact the mail service to figure out what happened. If they report the package is lost for good, we’ll send a brand new replacement jersey at no extra cost. Or we can give a full refund if you prefer.

Changing Your Mind

No worries if you just decide you want a different player jersey instead of the one you ordered already. You can cancel within 4 hours of ordering to get all your money back. Just hit the cancel button in your order confirmation email. But heads up – we can’t cancel orders or make returns after 4 hours. So think it over quick!

Mailing Things Back

Getting a refund or replacement is an easy process. We will email you a prepaid shipping label to use when mailing the jersey back to us. Print it out, stick it on the package and drop it at any post office. No extra shipping costs come out of your pocket. Questions? Just email us. We are always happy to help our customers!
