Ordering

How do I order?

Look at the cool shirts and add the ones you like to your cart. Then enter the address you want the shirts shipped to and how you will pay. You can use a credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. We will keep your information safe! After ordering, you’ll get an email to track your shirts. Ask your parents to contact us if you need help.

When will I get my shirts?

If you live in the USA, you’ll probably get them in 14-20 days. People in other countries have to wait a little longer – maybe 2 days to 1 week. How fast they arrive also depends on what shipping you picked. Check when ordering!

Can I track my order status?

Yes, your confirmation email includes a tracking number to monitor progress once your order ships. Enter this on our Order Status page.

Making Changes

What if I need to edit or cancel my order?

Email us within 4 hours of ordering to request any changes or cancel eligible orders. Please include your order number and details of revisions needed.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you received any damaged, defective or incorrect items. We will provide instructions for returning those products for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, worn or washed items cannot be accepted.

What ways can I pay?

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You can also pay safely with PayPal or Apple Pay. Let your parents know if you need help with payment!

Will I need to pay customs fees?

International orders may incur any customs duties, taxes or import fees per your country’s policies upon delivery. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
